Thai has its own script and five tones, and here you meet thirty Thai words, easiest first. Choose each meaning or say you do not know, to get a CEFR level and an estimate of how many Thai words you know.
Guessing makes the result less accurate, not better — "I don't know" is a perfectly good answer. The test stops early once the words get clearly past you.
| Level | What it means |
|---|---|
| A1 | Greetings, numbers, the everyday nouns |
| A2 | Shopping, directions, routine and family |
| B1 | Travel, work and opinions on familiar topics |
| B2 | Abstract topics, the news, most films |
| C1 | Nuance, idiom, professional vocabulary |
| C2 | Rare and literary words |
Watch Your Language groups its Thai packs by the same CEFR levels as this test. Start at the band you found, and the app shows those words on your iPhone Lock Screen and Apple Watch face, bringing back the ones you keep forgetting.
